摘要

咳嗽乃臨床常見症狀之一，其病因多樣繁雜，可運用藥物亦呈現多樣化，故本篇文章簡要提出蘇子降氣湯、定喘湯、半夏厚朴湯、麻杏甘石湯、小青龍湯、兒科杏蘇散、桑菊飲、麥門冬湯等八個方劑，對臨床咳嗽的用藥作一辨證論治的比較。內容包括咳嗽的定義、病因、文獻描述，以及各方劑的出處、組成藥物、主治症狀、運用證型等；經由不同的組成、證型、病機之間的比較，來討論各個方劑於臨床治療使用上的差異；病證包括外感咳嗽、內傷痰飲、梅核氣，以及哮喘病、慢性支氣管炎的討論，並且以參考病例為基礎，一連串地探討哮喘咳嗽辨證上的治療異同。

Cough, with various complex ca uses and diversity in avaible medicines, is one of the most common syndrome in clinical practice. This article proposes eight prescriptions such as Shu Zi Jiang Qi Tang, Ding Quan Tang,Ban Xia Hou Bu Tang, Ma Xing Gan Shi Tang, Xiao Qing Long Tang, Er Ker Xing Shu San, Sang Ju Yin, and Mai Men Dong Tang in clinical cough treatment to compare these medcines by the theory of treatment on the basis of Syndrome Differentiation. The content includes both the definition, causes, types, and referred descriptions of cough and the origins, compositions, treatment syndromes, and types in use of these prescriptions. After in comparison with composition, type and mechanism of above prescriptions, we can understand the difference between these prescriptions in clinical treatment. The discussions on the basis of referred cases of different types of the cough such as exogenous caugh, endogenous caugh, Mei-He Qi, asthma, and chronic bronchit s,and lead a series of discussions on the differentiation of asthma and cough in clinical treatment.
