As a result of reviewing literature, the study infers that different leadership doesn't promote team learning directly. Rather, both transformational leadership and transactional leadership indirectly affect to team learning via psychological safety. The purpose of this study is to examine: two kinds of leadership influence on team learning through psychological safety. The data was collected from 152 teams of Taiwanese manufacturing by using questionnaires and was analyzed on LISREL. The findings show that both leaderships significantly affect to team learning via team psychological safety. In addition, two kinds of leadership have positive effect on psychological safety. Finally, psychological safety also strongly positively influences on team learning.
