This paper discusses how the communication satisfaction of the members in an non-profit organization would affect the organizational commit and the organizational performance. The subject are members of a social welfare charity foundation. The result of this research are: First, the higher the communication satisfaction among the members in the organization, the better the performance. Second, the higher the communication satisfaction among members the higher the commitment of members in the organization. Third, the higher the commitment of members in the organization the better the performance of NPO. Therefore, the communication satisfaction and organizational commitment among members in an organization are two crucial factors among the factors which would affect the performance of NPO.
