胰臟癌術後併發呼吸衰竭之中醫治療

Successfully Weaning in Respiratory Failure Patient of Pancreatic Cancer by Integration of Traditional and Western Medicine

摘要

國人飲食不節或勞倦傷脾，致使胰臟癌患者日趨增多，在重大手術之後大傷元氣，常常併發慢性呼吸衰竭，住院時候多達60日以上。此時若能加入中醫互補療法治療，以健脾益氣、升陽益胃之藥來強壯患者體魄，例如生脈飲、參苓白朮散、半夏瀉心湯等，再輔以清熱化痰之藥，加強肺氣宣發疏散的功能，例如麻杏石甘湯、定喘湯等，方以扶正固本，兼去邪熱表實之證，標本兼治，多能幫助患者於4星期內脫離人工呼吸器，順利康復出院。

The Pancreatic cancer was increased because of untrammelled diet and pressure life. The paient may suffer from chronic respiratory failure after surgery and was admitted for more than sixty days in hospital. The traditional chinese medicine could playa important role for weaning. The drugs of nourishing spleen and enriching qi, rising yin and benefiting stomach was well treatment for weaning, for example Shengmai Decoction, ShenlingBaishuSan, ban xia xie xin tang. Besides the drugs of clearing heat and dissipating phlegm could disperse and facilitate lung qi, for example Maxingganshi decoction, dingchuan decoction. We support the healthy energy and leave pathogenic heat from superficial excess syndrome. Therefore both symptoms and roots was cured. The patient was weaning and discharged after four weeks.
