菊花品種插穗之耐貯性生理差異

Cultivar Differences with Respect to Storability and Physiological Responses of Chrysanthemum Cuttings

摘要


菊花插穗常需貯藏,以調節市場供需。本研究取‘花御殿’與‘黑心黃’插穗以5℃黑暗貯藏,探討此二品種插穗之耐貯性與貯藏期間之生理變化差異。經24天貯藏後,有利‘花御殿’插穗扦插發根;而‘黑心黃’插穗經低溫貯藏後扦插之根乾重及根長皆較未貯藏者低。貯藏期間,‘花御殿’插穗之水分含量比‘黑心黃’高。貯藏2天期間,‘黑心黃’插穗葉片之氣孔導度與蒸散速率較‘花御殿’高。貯藏4天內,‘花御殿’插穗葉片之葉綠素計讀值無明顯變化,而‘黑心黃’葉綠素計讀值下降。貯藏期間,‘黑心黃’插穗葉片之電解質滲漏或相對傷害值皆高於‘花御殿’。二品種插穗葉片之Fv/Fm測值在貯藏期間皆在0.83±0.04的範圍內。隨著貯藏期延長,‘黑心黃’插穗之果糖、葡萄糖與澱粉濃度下降較‘花御殿’快速。取二品種插穗經1、2或4天貯藏後之蔗糖/澱粉比值與貯藏後扦插14天之根乾重、根長及根數進行迴歸分析,結果顯示蔗糖/澱粉比值與根乾重及根長呈直線正相關,與根數呈曲線正相關。‘黑心黃’之蔗糖/澱粉比值較‘花御殿’低。

Chrysanthemum cuttings often need storage to meet market demands. Cuttings of chrysanthemum cultivars Hua Yu Dieng and Hei Shin Huang were stored at 5℃ to compare their storability and physiological responses. Subsequent root dry weight and root length increased in 'Hua Yu Dieng', but decreased in 'Hei Shin Huang', after the cuttings have been stored for 2 to 4 days. During storage, cuttings of 'Hua Yu Dieng' had higher water content than those of 'Hei Shin Huang'. During two days of storage, 'Hei Shin Huang' had higher stomatal conductance and transpiration compared to 'Hua Yu Dieng'. During storage for 4 days, leaf SPAD502 value of 'Hua Yu Dieng' cuttings did not change, while leaf SPAD value of 'Hei Shin Huang' decreased. Electrolyte leakage measured as relative injury was higher in leaves of 'Hei Shin Huang' cuttings than in 'Hua Yu Dieng' during storage. Chlorophyll fluorescence Fv/Fm ranged 0.83±0.04 in cuttings of both cultivars during storage. Glucose, fructose and starch concentrations decreased more rapidly in 'Hei Shin Huang' than in 'Hua Yu Dieng'. Regression analysis was used to describe the relationships between sucrose: starch from the cuttings having stored for 1, 2 or 4 days and subsequent rooting after planting for 14 days. Subsequent root dry weight and maximum root length increased linearly with increasing sucrose: starch ratio. Curvilinear relationship exists between root number and sucrose: starch ratio. Stored cuttings of 'Hua Yu Dieng' had higher sucrose: starch ratio than those of 'Hei Shin Huang'.
