Cervix cancer does not only threaten women's lives but also triggers issues related to physical and psychosocial adjustment. This article discusses the evaluation of sexual problems of cervix cancer patients using the steps and strategies of the P-LI-SS-IT sex counseling mode (permission, limited-information, specific suggestions and intensive therapy). The purpose of the evaluation is to demonstrate the usefulness of caring and respectful attitude to learn patients' unique needs, and to provide individualized sexual counseling.
