依據依附理論及現今實務困境建立增進親子關係之策略

摘要

親子依附是存在於親子之間的感情連結，對個人的人格及社會發展有深遠的影響。本文透過依附理論的觀點，論述產後初期親子關係建立的重要性，提出現今產兒科臨床實務推動的困境，包括過度醫療化之機構式服務、護理人員分割式照護及複雜的母親本身因素等，並針對上述困境提出如何應用依附理論於產兒科護理臨床實務之策略，以期能協助更多父母親享受為人父母的喜悅。

This article proposes clinical strategies to improve parenting based on attachment theory. Attachment is an affective tie that forms between a person and the parent that deeply influences the person's personality and social development. The attachment theory emphasizes the critical period in the establishment of bonding during the initial postpartum stage. Current dilemma in hospital maternal-child nursing practices include the lack of patient-centered care, fragmentation on the delivery of nursing care, and maternal factors.
