摘要

本研究係採質性研究，探討婦女接受骨盆腔檢查的經驗感受。以中部某教學醫院接受骨盆腔檢查婦女為研究對象，以立意取樣方法共選取二十位符合條件之個案進行資料收集。研究者以觀察者即參與者及深度訪談進行資料的收集，每一位個案均訪談2次（含電話訪談），並將所有訪談內容予以錄音，並逐字謄成文字稿後，以內容分析法進行資料之分析與歸納。研究結果發現，個案接受骨盆腔檢查的經驗感受有四大主題：一、候診階段的不確定感；二、內診台上的易受傷害；三、診察過程的自我調適；四、檢查結束的心情轉變，期望本研究結果可作為婦產科門診護理人員提供接受骨盆腔檢查婦女護理照顧與支持之參考。

This is a qualitative research on the experiences of women undergoing pelvic examination (PE) in a teaching hospital in Taiwan. The study used purposive sampling to recruit 20 participants who met the study criteria. Data was collected through direct patient interview, observation and telephone interviews. The primary investigator used content analysis to categorize data. Four themes derived from the text were: (1) sense of uncertainty in the waiting room, (2) sense of vulnerability on the examination table, (3) self-adjustment during the process of the examination, and (4) emotional changes at the end of the examination. The results may be used to provide better support for women undergoing pelvic examinations.
