國內外體育教師課程價值取向之比較研究

A Comparative Study between Taiwan and Other Countries of PE Teachers' Curriculum Value Orientations

摘要


本研究的目的,在於探討不同背景的國內外體育教師,在體育課程價值取向上相異的情形。採用比較研究法,分析國內和國外在體育教師課程價值取向上相關的研究文獻,探討並比較其異同之處。結果指出:國內各級學校體育教師的價值取向,在任教學級、任教地區、性別、服務年資及職級上,出現不一致的現象;這個研究結果和國外的相關研究也不一致。顯示出:不同地區的體育教師在體育課程的價值取向上,沒有一致的現象。並建議後續研究可採用較精簡的量表,縮短填答量表的時間,以提高量表的回收率和效度;並可從不同的角度,採用不同的研究方法,深入探討體育教師的課程價值取向。

The purpose of this study was to examine the curriculum value orientations (VOs) status of different background of PE teachers in Taiwan and other countries. Adapting comparative method to explore the different and same parts about VOs' papers. The result showed that the curriculum VOs of PE teachers in Taiwan were difference on school level, teaching district, gender, serving experience and grade; this result was difference with the related literatures of other countries. It showed that the VOs were not the same with difference regions. The study suggested that could use more short inventory to do research, the way could increase the return rate of questionnaire and the validity. And we could explore the PE teachers' curriculum VOs in difference research methods.
