摘要

本研究主要目的在了解屏東縣社區健康營造中心實施健康知識促進計畫的成效評估及影響健康行爲之相關因素。以屏東縣四個社區健康營造中心的197位參與者爲研究對象。所有受試者皆接受健康行爲量表之前側、中測及後測。資料回收集後進行描述統計、單因子重複量數變異數及單因子多變量分析等統計分析。結果顯示：（一）屏東縣四個社區健康營造中心參與者之健康行爲的前測、中測、後測整體健康行爲總分的平均數爲71.32分、77.26分及77.74分；（二）社區健康營造中心在實施健康知識促進介入後健康行爲有改變達到預期效果；（三）不同社區健康營造中心參與者在前測、中測、後測的健康行爲表現上差異分析，結果發現在中測及後測的健康行爲表現上，車城、新園與內埔社區健康營造中心皆明顯優於長治社區健康營造中心參與者。以上結果可提供其他社區健康營造中心參考，並幫助屏東縣政府更加瞭解居民健康行爲情況。

The purpose of this study was to explore that whether the Community residents at Ping-Tong County Health Construct Center have been achieved the goal of increase the healthy behavior after attending the priorities of health promotion knowledge. This study will conduct health behaviors questionnaire design and the 197 respondents would purposively sampling from in community health construct centers. This study administers questionnaires includes demographical data and evaluation form of healthy behavior so as to solicit the answer from respondents. In addition, the methods of this study will analyzed by descriptive analysis, repeated measure ANOVA, MANOVA and SPSS for Windows 10.0 were used to analyze the data. There were three results. First, Outcome measures included in this report were assessed at three occasions before and after the priorities of health promotion knowledge treatment. Results finding the effectiveness of the priorities of health promotion knowledge in increase the healthy behavior. The community residents at Ping-tong County has the score in practicing health behaviors are placed in proper order 71.32, 77.26 and 77.74. Second, the community residents at Ping-Tong County Health Construct Center have achieved the goal of increase the healthy behavior after attending the priorities of health promotion knowledge. Third, the healthy behavior of Checheng, Shinyuan, and Neipu Health Construct Centers had good than Changzhi Health Construct Center on median test and final test. This finding could be applied to other Health Construct Centers, and also help the government of Ping-Tong County to understanding about resident's healthy behavior.
