教育部體育司學生運動能力納入入學錄取條件之規劃-運動參與行為

Proposal of Incorporating Students' Exercise Competency into School Admission Requirements by the Sports Division, Ministry of Education-Exercise Participation Behaviors

摘要


本研究目的旨在探討「學生運動能力納入入學錄取條件規劃與試辦計畫-運動參與行為」。本研究以文獻分析法討論出體適能與學群、運動參與及加分採計之理論基礎,提供完整的資料,並利用專家座談研究法方法訪談國內外各專家學者,分析學生運動能力納入入學錄取條件效益、現象與阻礙,最後探討學生運動參與行為相關指標之發展。本研究果顯示,運動參與是目前備受關注與注意的理念與特質。運動參與需要有良好的認知、態度與方法,才能在日常生活中實踐運動正確的方法與原則,使生理、心理、社交等效益層面不斷的提升,維持個人理想的體態,達到全人健康的目標。誠然,在科技發達、升學主義與飲食型態的變遷下,造成青年學子身體活動量的減少、熱量攝取的增加、身體適能的退化,在在威脅青年學子的健康與發展。為提升學生身體活動機會,重建學生對運動的認知、行為、情意,引導學生走向健康的生活型態,運動參與納入升學機制均有其必要性。根據上述的研究結論,本研究歸結、引申及提出運動參與納入升學機制之具體實施流程與策略,茲分述如下:一、編製運動參與行為客觀量尺;二、我國體育運動環境調查;三、運動參與行為與環境互動關係之建立;四、完成運動參與行為客觀量尺之規劃。

The purpose of the Study is to investigate the ”Proposal and Pilot Implementation Plan of Incorporating the Student's Exercise Competency into the School Admission Requirements-Exercise Participation Behaviors.” By employing the literature analysis method, the Study elaborated the theoretical foundations of physical fitness and faculty, exercise participation, and scaled-up grade acceptance and provided the comprehensive information. Furthermore, the expert forum research method was applied to interview domestic and oversea experts and scholars from various fields and to analyze the effects, phenomena, and obstacles associated with the incorporation of the student's exercise competency into the school admission requirements. The development of the indexes associated with the student's exercise participation behaviors was explored as the final aspect of the Study. The Study results indicated that the exercise participation is currently the ideology and characteristic attaining the highest level of attention and focus. Exercise participation requires desired consciousness, attitudes, and methods for realizing the correct exercising methods and principles in the daily life, continuous enhancement of physiological, psychological, and social effects, and maintenance of the optimal personal physique, thus achieving the whole-person health objective. Undoubtedly, with the technological advancements, credentialism, and changes in diet have caused reduced physical exercise among adolescents, increased calorie intake, and degenerated physical fitness, thus threatening health and developments of young students. In order to improve opportunities of body exercise for students, rebuild students’ knowledge, behaviors, and feelings about exercising, and guide the students toward healthy life styles, it is necessary to incorporate exercise participation into the academic advancement mechanism. Based on the above research conclusions, the feasible implementation procedures and strategies of incorporation the exercise participation into the academic advancement mechanism , as deduced, quoted, and proposed by the Study, are individually elaborated as below: 1. Enactment of the objective exercise participation behavior measurement scale; 2. Survey on the sporting and exercise environment in Taiwan; 3. Establishment of the interactions between the exercise participation behaviors and the environment; and 4. Completion of the objective exercise participation behavior measurement scale planning.
