四技學生價值觀之研究

Research on Values of Four-Year College Students of Technology

摘要


本研究旨在了解四技學生價值觀之現況,並探討不同個人、家庭、學校變項對於其價值觀之影響。研究樣本取自全國十七所四年制技術學院與科技大學之學生,共1,494名。研究工具為「四技學生價值觀調查問卷」,包含「基本資料」、「家庭氣氛量表」、「價值觀量表」等三部分。所得資料以下列統計方法處理,如:描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析等。根據研究結果,本研究之主要發現與結論如下:一、四技學生重視與自己有關的價值甚於與公眾或社會有關的價值。二、兩性文化在四技學生中逐漸出現變化。三、四技學生之價值觀因背景變項不同而有差異存在。四、家庭氣氛是影響四技學生價值觀的重要因素。五、四技學生因主修類別不同而形成多種價值文化。

The main purposes of this research were to explore the values of four-year college students of technology and their affecting factors. One thousand four hundred and ninety four samples were selected from 17 four-year colleges of technology. ”Value Scale of Four-Year College Students of Technology” was used as the research instrument to collect the data. The statistic methods included descriptive statistics, t test, one-way ANOVA. The results of the research were as follow:1. Four-year college students consider self-related values more important than those public–related.2. Sex-role stereotyping happened to change in the value system of four–year college students of technology.3. The differences exited in values due to different background factors.4. Family climate was a key factor affecting the values of four–year college students of technology.5. Different value cultures were formed due to students' different majors.
