莊子養生哲學之修道工夫內涵探究

摘要

《莊子》闡發養生哲學之處甚多，〈養生主〉是其內涵的主要論述，而〈繕性〉、〈至樂〉、〈達生〉、〈刻意〉、〈庚桑楚〉、〈列御寇〉諸篇，也不乏提示養生之道之處。一般對莊子養生哲學的研究，基本上，皆在於釐清養生之主旨重在養神的道理，或者，由此發展出與現代中醫理論或與道教丹道思想相連結的另類思考。本文透過對莊子養生哲學修道工夫內涵的探究，除進一步確認以養神為養生哲學之主旨外；再則，也透過對莊子「氣」論的探析，理解「氣」作為莊子養生哲學工夫內涵之本質，由此與養生－養神之工夫相呼應，並藉此通貫莊子生命智慧之工夫內涵，使莊子養生哲學與其生命智慧相呼應。

Philosophy of Zhuangzi by the original fundamental issues of life proceed, with a special argument to show his wisdom. Although the philosophy of Zhuangzi in today's academic field is not entirely compatible with rigorous academic areas in the West. However, various studies by the Western-oriented philosophy, such as metaphysics, ethics, epistemology, philosophy of language, aesthetics and philosophical categories, are also available in many studies to understand the philosophy of Zhuangzi. This study method can be applied in a Western academic facility. The management of innovation will help Zhuangzi's interpretations. Contemporary scholars of the Zhuangzi's aesthetics already have rich result of research. Generally, most of the Aesthetic to the interpretation of the aesthetic discourse is not the key of the Zhuangzi's aesthetic, but it also can explain the philosophy of Zhuangzi influence on later art of aesthetics. Zhuangzi's aesthetics must be fastened the life issues for investigation, and be able to show their value as well. In short, the true character of the Aesthetic should be content with life as Jing-jieh aesthetics.
