中央空調系統冰水溫度控制

Temperature Controls of Chilled Water for The Central Air Conditioning Systems

摘要


近年來中央空調系統為了達成節能目的,藉由改變壓縮機轉速改變冷媒流量,在負載降低時降低壓縮機轉速降低能耗,達成節能功能,稱為變冷媒流量(VRF)空調系統。本研究以600RT中央空調系統及冰水系統實證數據,建立中央空調系統冰水主機動態模型,設計PI控制器控制壓縮機轉速使冰水出水溫度達設定值,並控制壓縮機轉速保持冰水出水溫度於設定值,並探討控制過程能耗反應。

Recent years, the development of central air condition system is improved for energy saving by varied refrigerant flow (VRF). The refrigerant flow is varied by changing speed of compressor. This study built the central air conditioning systems dynamic model with operation data. The appropriate refrigerant flow is calculated by refrigerating capacity. A PI controller is designed to control the speed of compressor for keeping the temperature of chilled water in setting temperature. The energy consumption is investigated under transient process.
