The results suggest that perception of organizational politics positively affects theft, whereas, no direct link was found between intent to quit and perception of organizational politics. The results also indicate that job stress and low job satisfaction fully mediate the relationship between perception of organizational politics and workplace deviance behavior i.e. theft.
