摘要
由於骨質疏鬆所導致的骨折及相關併發症會造成疼痛、增加患者死亡率、減少生活自理能力以及降低生活品質，因此骨質疏鬆的預防和治療是老年人重要的健康議題。然而老年人常有多重慢性疾病，需要使用多種藥物來治療；此外認知功能方面的障礙，亦可能導致服藥錯誤；再加上年齡相關的藥物動力學與藥物藥效學的變化，增加了藥物相關問題和副作用的機會。因此在強調治療骨質疏鬆藥物的效益以外，也需要多加注意相關安全性問題，才能提供給病患最適當的治療處置。本文主要整理各類防治骨質疏鬆與骨折之藥物常見的副作用或罕見但嚴重不良反應，並提供預防或處理方式，希望可以成為讀者防治骨鬆時的參考，讓骨質疏鬆的藥物治療更加安全。

Prevention and treatment of osteoporosis is a main health care issue for the elderly as osteoporosis-related fractures and complications can cause pain, increase mortality, impair the ability to perform daily activities of daily living, and reduce quality of life. Polypharmacy for responding to multiple comorbid chronic diseases, medication mistakes due to cognitive impairment, and age-related changes in pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics may further aggravate the risk of drug-related problems and adverse events. More attention should therefore be directed to related safety issues in addition to the emphasis on the efficacy of osteoporosis drugs so as to provide patients with optimal treatment. Summarizing the common side effects and rare but severe adverse events of osteoporosis drugs presented with suggested prevention or management methods, this article can be expected to provide readers with a reference of osteoporosis treatment and medication safety.
