辦公大樓用電分類方法及實施節能措施後實測之比較研究

A Comparative Study on Classification of Electricity and Energy-Saving Measured in Office Building

摘要


目前全世界面臨天然能源日益短缺,我國亦積極推動綠建築政策,顯見建築物日常節能為物業管理之重要課題。民國八十年代,我國公告容積率實施計畫,都市土地為搶先在容積率實施以前取得最大樓地板面積開發之機會,造成再一波之大搶建,高樓大廈如雨後春筍般蓬勃建設,但這些高樓建築之電氣設備仍因循一般建築之設計配備,絕少考量系統化之節能設計,造成電力負荷大增並產生潛在性之電力不足危機,我國電力價格已自去年七月起宣告上漲,因此既有之建築物必須重新檢視其耗能行為,並且分析其用電之分類計測方法,探討改善耗能行為以節約能源之可行模式。本研究目的旨在調查國內辦公大樓耗能行為,以探討分析辦公大樓在用電行為上之分類計測方法。透過文獻資料回顧收集我國目前建築物能源消耗之概況,本研究選擇台中市某棟辦公大樓做為實地調查計測之對象,自2006年起即調查分析其耗能行為,並於2008年藉由導入ESCO(Energy Service Company,能源服務業)節能模式試行推動該棟辦公大樓節能省電之措施,經由一整年之執行後彙整其用電量數據,比較分析執行省電節能措施前後年度之成效,並探討ESCO事業在國內推動之策略暨潛在之問題。

The purpose of this study was aimed at investigating the domestic office building energy consumption, to analysis of behavior in the energy-use measurement method of classification. Through review the literature to collect energy consumption of office building in Taiwan. This study was to choose an office building in Tai-chung City as a field survey of measurement. Since the survey in 2006 that analyze the energy behavior, and in 2008 by Import ESCO (Energy Service Company, energy services) to promote energy-saving mode of the pilot energy-saving power by the office building measures. Through a whole year after the execution of the aggregate power consumption of its data, a comparative analysis of energy saving measures before and after the effectiveness of the year, and to explore the promotion of ESCO business strategy and the potential problem.
