臺灣高等教育的普及,使青年學子幾乎都擁有大學學歷,但年輕世代普遍沒有充分認知職場,就業後亦多在短時間內異動或離職。因此,學生踏出校園前的職涯輔導,便成為深耕的重點。遠東科技大學為了探索學生職業適性,便從學生人格特質著手,分析出輔導學生的方向,並協助其認識適合自己的職務與職場舞臺,以利進行長期的職涯規劃。本文針對遠東科大3,703位學生Career Personality Aptitude System(CPAS)測評資料,整理出十二項核心職場性格與五大適性工作摘要。職涯諮詢師根據學生CPAS測驗報告,依個人狀況及特質,分別給予職涯建議,並協助學生透過課外活動或專業學術養成計畫擬定行動方案,促使學生得以適性發展。希望此輔導模式所產生的效益,能成為其他學校規劃職涯輔導工作參考。
The popularization of higher education in Taiwan is not consistent with its economic development, and, as students graduated from college, competitions accelerate within the workplace. In Far East University, a series of career enhancement activities were performed to strengthen students' competitiveness. In this paper, the CPAS assessment data of 3,703 students were summarized; furthermore, the 12 key workplace personalities and 5 adaptability work types were also compared with those of general college students and social freshmen over the years. Based on the CPAS report, career counselors give career advice and assist students in formulating action plans through extracurricular activities. Finally, we suggest the benefits of the proposed model can serve as a reference for the planning of student career counseling.
