柔道選手心理資本與運動倦怠之研究

Research on Judo Players' Psychological Capital and Sports Burnout

摘要


本研究目的在探討大學柔道選手心理資本與運動倦怠之關係。方法:採用便利取樣來進行施測,以柔道選手為對象。結果:一、選手在心理資本有中高程度感受;在運動倦怠有中低程度感受。二、心理資本在年級及最佳運動成績有所差異。三、運動倦怠在每周訓練次數及每次訓練持續時間有所差異。四、心理資本對運動倦怠之預測力,以「希望感」為最大。結論:心理資本能預測運動倦怠。建議:一、在訓練上,教練及隊友提供的正向回饋增加其成就感。二、透過模擬比賽,提升選手心理能力。三、透過移地訓練的方式,增加訓練樂趣,以減輕過度訓練與倦怠帶來的負面影響。

The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between psychological capital and motor burnout of college judo players. Method: Convenient sampling was used for the test, targeting judo players. Results: First, the players have a high degree of feeling in the psychological capital; there is a moderate to low level of feeling in sports burnout. Second, psychological capital has different grades in the grade and best sports performance. Third, sports burnout varies in the number of training sessions per week and the duration of each training. Fourth, the predictive power of psychological capital on sports burnout is the greatest. Conclusion: Psychological capital can predict exercise burnout. Suggestions: 1. In training, the positive feedback provided by coaches and teammates increases their sense of accomplishment. Second, through the simulation game, improve the player's mental ability. Third, through the way of ex situ training, increase the fun of training to reduce the negative impact of overtraining and burnout.
