探討自行車運動對心理健康的影響

摘要

本研究的目的為：（1）探討不同自行車運動參與程度在幸福感上的差異。（2）探討不同自行車運動參與程度在生活壓力上的差異。（3）探討自行車運動參與者其幸福感與生活壓力之相關性。本研究以在東豐自行車綠廊從事自行車運動的318位使用者為研究對象，其中男性包括117位、女性包括201位。本研究使用工具為「幸福感量表」和「生活壓力量表」。並將所蒐集的資料以描述統計、單因子變異數分析和典型相關分析進行探討。研究結果發現：（1）自行車運動參與程度較高者感受到較高的幸福感。（2）自行車運動參與程度較高者感受到較低的生活壓力。（3）自行車運動參與者其幸福感與生活壓力之間呈負相關。最後根據本研究發現進行討，並提出相關建議。

The purposes of this study were (1) to compare the differences of well-being among cycling participation; (2) to compare the differences of life stress among cycling participation, (3) to examine the relationship between well-being and life stress among cycling participants. There were 318 cycling participators drawn from the Tong-Fong bikeway (117 males and 201 females). All the participants were administered with well-being Inventory and life stress Inventory. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive analysis, one-way ANOVA and canonical correlation. The findings were as follows: 1.The participants who had higher level of cycling perceived higher level of well-being. 2. The participants who had higher level of cycling perceived lower level of life stress. 3. The participators who perceived higher level of well-being perceived lower level of life stress. Finally, based on the research findings, the discussion was further posed and the upcoming research directions were proposed.
