目的:一、比較不同性別的選手在知覺教練領導行為、知覺團隊動機氣候、運動自我效能及團隊集體效能的差異。二、探討選手知覺的教練領導行為及知覺團隊動機氣候對選手的運動自我效能及團隊集體效能的預測情形。方法:研究對象為大專院校甲組選手共300人(男女各150人)。所用的研究工具為:教練領導行為量表、團隊動機氣候量表、運動自我效能量表及團隊集體效能量表。所得資料以獨立樣本t考驗及多元逐步迴歸分析進行統計分析。結果:一、男、女選手在知覺的教練領導行為、知覺的團隊動機氣候、運動自我效能及團隊集體效能都有差異存在。二、男選手知覺的教練領導行為及團隊動機氣候可以分別預測選手的運動自我效能35%、團隊能力集體效能55%及團隊投入集體效能27%。三、女選手知覺的教練領導行為及團隊動機氣候可以分別預測選手的運動自我效能22%、團隊能力集體效能43%及團隊投入集體效能31%。結論:由於男、女選手知覺教練的領導行為、團隊動機氣候、運動自我效能及團隊集體效能都有差異,因此教練應注意選手性別的差異而要有不同的帶領方式。其次,對於選手的運動自我效能及團隊集體效能,教練的領導行為及團隊動機氣候都可以有效預測。
Purposes: The purposes of this study were: 1.to compare the differences of coach's leadership behavior, team motivational climate, sport self-efficacy and team collective efficacy between male and female players. 2. to explore the effects of coach's leadership behavior and team motivational climate on players' self-efficacy and team collective efficacy. Methods: There were 300 players (male 150, female 150) drawn from the colleges as the subjects. The research instruments were Coach's Leadership Behavior Inventory, Team Motivational Climate Inventory, Sport Self-Efficacy Inventory, and Team Collective Efficacy Inventory. The collected data were analyzed by t-test (independent), and multiple stepwise regression analysis. Results: 1.There were differences of perceived coach's leadership behavior, team climate, sport self-efficacy, and team collective efficacy. 2. Male players' perceived coach's leadership and team motivational climate could separately predict players' sport self-efficacy 35%, team ability collective efficacy 55%, and team involvement collective efficacy 27%. 3. Female players' perceived coach's leadership and team motivational climate could separately predict players' sport self-efficacy 22%, team ability collective efficacy 43%, and team involvement collective efficacy 31%. Conclusions: Because there were differences of perceived coach's leadership behavior, team motivational climate, sport self-efficacy and team collective efficacy, the coaches should notice the differences between male and female players and use different leadership style.
