不同負荷肌肉收縮轉換運動神經肌表現相關研究

Effect of the Neuromuscular Characteristics of Impulse Inertial Exercise System with Different of Exercise Situation

摘要


本研究利用Biovision肌電系統和加速規,來測量肌肉收縮轉換運動訓練儀(Impulse Inertial Exercise System, IIES)中,膝關節在轉換階段過程中的肌電反應及加速度特徵。探討IIES在不同負荷與牽張幅度之下,下肢的神經肌肉表現。利用皮爾森積差相關(Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient),分析不同牽張幅度與不同運動負荷之下的轉換階段的加速度變化率(Jerk)與股直肌和股二頭肌的向心離心收縮平均肌電振幅相關係數(α=.05)。參與者為柔道專長的男性18人,平均年齡19.17±1.07歲,平均身高173.51±4.76公分,平均體重為74.92±13.00公斤。透過本研究可知:(一)IIES在運動過程中,有效率的彈性能利用,有助於下一個收縮循環作用,且符合牽張-縮短循環(stretch-shortening cycle, SSC)之肌肉收縮理論模式;(二)早期較重負荷的IIES訓練能召喚較多的肌纖維參與收縮,而後輕負荷的IIES訓練較少肌纖維參與;(三)IIES是一個同時其有訓練肌肉向心與離心作用的混合式訓練儀。結論:IIES可以有效率的訓練神經肌肉,且符合SSC肌肉收縮模式和RRE運動訓練模式。

The purposes of the study were to analyze the muscle contraction characteristics on Impulse Inertial Exercise System (TIES) during conversion period. Eighteen judo athletes without any lower extremities injury in the last three months were recruited as the subjects of the study. Electromyography and accelerometer of biovision system were used for data recording. The electrodes for EMG were placed on the muscle belly of rectus femoris and biceps femoris. The accelerometer was placed on the shuttle of the IIES. The data of EMG and accelerometer were recorded the range of motion of the knee extension and flexion with different exercise loads (0, 15, 30 pounds) and shuttle travel distances (12 and 24 inches). Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient was used to test the relationship between muscle contraction Latency time (LT) and the EMG activity at different muscles. The results were shown that 1) the muscle contraction characteristics of exercise on IIES could effectively induce the eccentric muscle contraction before concentric contraction during the acceleration of the joint movement; 2) heavier load in the early training stage on the IIES could recruit more motor fibers contraction in activity muscle meanwhile, lighter load with faster shuttle travel Jerk could elicit faster muscle conversion time between eccentric and concentric muscle contractions. 3) IIES is a effective machine that can be used to train both eccentric and concentric contraction at the same time. It was concluded that the muscle contraction induced by the TIES machine complied with the principles of Stretch-Shortening Cycle and Regressive Resistance Exercise proposed by Albert in 1991. The machine could also effectively induce muscle concentric and eccentric contraction.
