本研究主要在瞭解家長式領導與負面情緒感受對離隊意圖及團隊滿意度之影響,以高中甲組運動員爲受試對象共201位,平均年齡16.02歲,標準差1.73歲,使用的瀾量工具包括「家長式領導量表」、「負面情緒測量」、「離隊意圖量表」、「團隊滿意度量表」。所有資料以皮爾遜積差相關及多元逐步迴歸進行分析,研究結果發現:1.威權領導與負面情緒感受、離隊意圖成正相關而與團隊滿意度呈負相關,仁慈領導與團隊滿意度成正相關,德行領導與離隊意圖成負相關而團隊滿意度成正相關,負面情緒感受與離隊意圖成正相關而與團隊滿意度成負相關。2.負面情緒感受、德行領導及仁慈領導可有效預測離隊意圖。3.德行領導、負面情緒感受、仁慈領導及威權領導可有效預測團隊滿意度。本研究可作爲日後研究運動員離隊意圖以及團隊滿意度之用,最後也對後續研究提出建議。
The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship and prediction of paternalistic leadership and negative impressing of emotion in high school division I athlete. This study sampled 201 high school athletes (males=115; females=86) with mean age of 16.02 (SD=±1.73) and administered paternalistic leadership scale, negative impressing of emotion, dropout intention and perception of satisfaction in sport. It was found authoritarian leadership positive correlated with negative impressing of emotional and dropout intention but negative correlated with group satisfaction. Also, benevolent leadership positive correlated with group satisfaction, morale leadership positive correlated with group satisfaction but negative correlated with dropout intention. Further, negative impressing of emotion positive correlated with dropout intention but negative correlated with group satisfaction. Moreover, it was found negative impressing of emotion, morale leadership and benevolent leadership predicted group satisfaction. Further, morale leadership, negative impressing of emotion, benevolent leadership and authoritarianism leadership predicted group satisfaction. The author suggested that further research might adopt qualitative approach to examine the relationship between paternalistic leadership and emotion.
