國小教練領導行爲對團隊氣氛及團隊滿意度的影響

The Effects of Elementary School Coach's Leadership on Team Climate and Team Satisfaction

摘要


本研究主要目的在探討國小教練領導行爲對團隊氣氛及團隊滿意度的影響。本研究以每週至少訓練四次(含四次)的選手爲研究對象,共計有265位選手爲受試者。本研究所使用的工具有「教練領導行爲量表」、「團隊氣氛量表」及「團隊滿意度量表」,所得的資料以多元逐步迴歸分析進行資料處理。本研究所得的結果:1.在影響工作團隊氣氛方面,訓練與指導行爲及民主的行爲可以有效預測工作團隊氣氛。2.在影響社會團隊氣氛的方面,民主的行爲及社會支持的行爲可以有效預測社會團隊氣氛。3.在影響團隊滿意度方面:訓練與指導的行爲及民主的行爲可以有效預測團隊滿意度。

The purposes of this study were to explore the effects of elementary school coach's leadership on team climate and team satisfaction. The subjects consisted of 256 students drawn form the sport groups (each sport groups should train four times every week.) of elementary schools. All the subjects were administered Coach's Leadership Inventory, Team Climate Inventory, and Team Satisfaction Inventory. The collected data were analyzed by multiple stepwise regression analysis. The findings were as follows: 1. Training and instruction behavior and democratic behavior could predict task team climate. 2. Democratic behavior and social support behavior could predict social team climate. 3. Training and instruction behavior and democratic behavior could predict team satisfaction.
