不同高分子材料加工與製作網球拍握把的探討

摘要


某些高分子材料,特別是PU發泡材料因具有吸震效果佳、強度好質量輕、成本低且反應成型的時間短等優點,所以普遍應用在網球拍握把的製作。目前市面上網球拍的握把材質,絕大部份是以硬質PU發泡製作而成,本研究主要即是探討高分子材料加工製作網球拍握把的可行性。本研究選擇硬質PU發泡、軟質PU發泡及矽橡膠發泡等三種材料加工與製作網球拍握把,探討加工製作網球拍握把,提供給製造網球拍的業界參考。

Certain kinds of polymeric materials, especially PU foam, have advantages, such as vibration-absorbing effectiveness, good strength, lightness, low budgets, and short response time. These advantages serve as the reason why polymeric materials are commonly used in the manufacture of tennis grips. For the time being, most of the racket grips in market have been made up of rigid PU foam. The main purpose of this study is to discuss the possibilities for manufacturing racket grips by using polymeric materials. In this study, three materials (rigid PU foam, flexible PU foam and silicone rubber foam) were chosen to be fabricated and manufactured as tennis racket grips. Hopefully, this research could serve as reference to the racket manufacturers.
