運動訓練與骨骼肌微血管之再生性表現

The Regenesis of Skeletal Muscle Capillary on Exercise Training

摘要


微血管數量的增加主要是有氧運動訓練後產生的適應現象,傳統的方法,是透過組織形態學的觀察來計算微血管的數。在新血管生成的過程中,最重要的血管新生因子為VEGF(vascular endothelial growth factor)。單次的運動刺激與運動訓練皆能活化VEGF的表現,多次的運動刺激或運動訓練,則除了VEGF活化外,更進一步造成微血管增生。在運動科學的應用上,可透過VEGF活性測定,作為評估微血管再生性表現之指標。

To enhance microvasculature development is a major adaptation phenomenon after aerobic exercise training. Traditionally, morphometric observation was used to calculate the number of vessels. In the process of angiogenesis, the most important angiogenic factor is VEGF (vascular endothelial growth factor). The VEGF expression can be increased after acute exercise and exercise training. Acute exercises or exercise training not only activate VEGF but also form new microvessels. VEGF expression may act as an index of microvascular regenesis in sports science.
