幽默感對創新行為、怕被笑特質與溝通滿足影響之研究

The Influence of Humor on Innovative Behavior, Gelophobia, and Communication Satisfaction

摘要


競爭激烈的經營環境下,個人幽默感及與他人互動之特質對於維持與提升組織企業的正向氣氛,具有舉足輕重的作用。而技術與產品的創新以及溝通所增進的團隊合作與凝聚力,則是企業組織致勝的關鍵所在。本研究主要目的在於探討幽默感、創新行為、溝通滿足與怕被笑等變項間之關聯性。本研究以職場工作者為主,採用便利抽樣調查,共發放360份問卷,有效樣本為340份,並使用SPSS 19.0與LISREL 8.51套裝軟體分析工具進行對樣本內容之信度及結構方程模式(SEM)的分析,結果顯示:(1)幽默感與創新行為呈正相關;(2)幽默感與溝通滿足呈正相關;(3)幽默感與怕被笑特質呈負相關;(4)怕被笑特質與溝通滿足呈負相關;(5)怕被笑特質與創新行為呈負相關;(6)溝通滿足與創新行為呈正相關。綜合上述,本研究主要發現職場上工作者的幽默感程度確實會對創新行為與溝通滿足有正向的影響,其怕被笑特質則造成負向影響。最後,本研究根據上述結果,提供實務相關之建議與方案。

In today's competitive business environment, the sense of humor plays an important role in maintaining and improving competitiveness of organizations. The key for enterprises to successes is technology in innovative products. A good teamwork also comes from communication satisfaction. In addition, employees' innovative behaviors and communication satisfaction will determine the team efficiency and execution. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships among sense of humor, innovative behavior, communication satisfaction, and gelophobia. The results are as follows:(1) employees with higher sense of humor have more innovative behaviors; (2) employees with higher sense of humor have higher communication satisfaction;(3) employees with higher sense of humor have lower gelophobia;(4) employees with higher gelophobia have lower communication satisfaction;(5) employees with higher gelophobia have less innovative behaviors; (6) employees with higher communication satisfaction have higher innovative behaviors.
