This study will establish a technology development model that will become a theoretical basis of explanation, estimation and management. The proposed conclusion and suggestion can be a reference for relevant studies using the digital still camera as the study object. Documental Analysis and Interview is applied as the study method. The structure of the study is as follows: 1. Review of the digital camera's life cycle: beginning, exploitation, development, maturity and termination; 2. Explore the process of continuing interaction between new/old science & technology and various elements; 3. Study the common influence of the internal and external element in development of science & technology; 4. Examine the relative differences in the elements of thrust, tension and resistance that decide the development of direction and time; 5. Review the close relationship in the development of science & technology and its market.
