資訊科教師知識管理平台發展研究

Research for the Development of Informatics Teachers' Knowledge Management Platform

摘要


二十一世紀已是知識經濟的時代,而學校的教學主體-教師,教師要如何能具備知識管理知能,來面對知識變動快速的時代,是近代職業教育發展的一個值得深入探討的課題,以身教爲導,並落實以職業導向的教學需求,一向是職業教育重要的特質,故建立一適合資訊科教師學習知識管理的培育模式有其重要性。 本研究依據文獻建立起資訊科教師知識管理培育模式,以系統分析法進行,針對資訊科教師專業需求,由下而上建構知識管理平台,具體分析功能需求與平台機制。評估各項需求與機制的建立後,進而採取實驗操作驗證平台機制與知識管理知能培育效能;經態度量表確認本平台實作經驗有助於知識管理知能的養成。 期望透過此知識管理平台發展研究模式,能讓資訊科教師透過此平台可以充份對專業知識、教學知識、與專業教學知識皆能有所掌控,並實際運用於教學之中,以提升教學效能與促進教師本身自我成長。

The 21st century has already been the era of the Knowledge-Based Economy. Teacher is the main teaching body of the school. How the teachers possess the knowledge and capabilities of knowledge management to face the rapidly changing knowledge era is one of the crucial subjects in the modern vocational education development, which should be discussed in depth. Leading as the role models and implementing the job-orientated teaching requirements have always been the important characteristics of the vocational education. Therefore, establishing a proper developed mode for informatics teachers to learn knowledge management is very important. In accordance with the literatures, this research sets up the developed mode of knowledge management for informatics teachers, proceeds with the systematic analytic approach, conforms to informatics teachers' professional requirements to establish knowledge management platform from bottom to top, and concretely analyzes the functional demand and platform mechanism. After evaluating the setting-up of each requirement and mechanism, this research further adopts the experimental operation to verify platform mechanism and knowledge management developmental efficiency; the confirmation of the practical platform-operation experience by measurement table is helpful for cultivating knowledge and capabilities in knowledge management. Via the research method of knowledge management platform development, informatics teachers are expected to take fully control of the professional knowledge, teaching knowledge and professional teaching knowledge via this platform and to apply in teaching in order to promote teaching efficiency and to encourage teachers' selfhood development.
