大專生健康體適能之研究-以國立虎尾科技大學為例

College Students' Health Related Physical Fitness Searching: A Case Study of National Formosa University

摘要


本研究的目的是在比較一般大專生與學校運動校隊之健康體適能的差異情形及不同運動屬性男運動校隊之體適能差異比較,研究對象為國立虎尾科技大學98-100學年度大二學生及運動校隊選手,總計2399名學生。研究方法採用教育部所頒布之體適能檢測方式,並以獨立樣本t考驗分析比較男、女一般生及運動校隊各項體適能檢測的差異情形,結果發現:本校男運動校隊學生健康體適能在柔軟度、肌耐力、瞬發力及心肺功能四個項目皆明顯優於一般生;女運動校隊學生則在肌耐力、瞬發力及心肺功能三個項目中較一般生好;團體項目男選手在瞬發力方面優於個人項目,但在心肺功能方面則明顯較差,因此,建議一般生能多利用時間保持運動並參加體育活動以強化健康體適能,達到終身健康之維護,進而提高生命的品質。

The purpose of this study to compare general college students with the school's sports teams students' Physical Fitness and the comparison of school teams in different sports properties male fitness differences. The research subjects were National Formosa University's sophomore and the school's sports team during 98 to 100 academic years, totaled 2399 students. Method of this research adopts Physical Fitness test mode that Ministry of Education promulgated; also analyze independent sample t-test of male and female differences in general and sports school team's test cases. The result showed that, male students of the school sports team's physical fitness are significantly better than general students in flexibility, muscular endurance, instantaneous power, and cardio function these four projects; female students of the school sports team's physical fitness are significantly better than general students in muscular endurance, instantaneous power, and cardio function; regarding the group project, male athletes are better than individual project on instantaneous power but poorer on cardio function; thus, suggestion that general students should keep exercising as a habit and join sports activities in free time in order to strengthen the health-related fitness, fulfill lifelong health maintenance and furthermore improving the quality of life.
