2012台北國際旅展參觀滿意度之研究

A Study of Visitors' Satisfaction for the 2012 Taipei International Travel Fair

摘要


自1987年開辦之台北國際旅展,每次展覽均帶動可觀的人潮及經濟效益!尤其是2012年台北國際旅展更吸引262,590次參觀,台北國際旅展於今(26日)在世貿一館及三館正式登場,展覽開放時間從10月26日中午12點起至29日下午7點止!。雖然旅展帶動了旅遊市場的經濟效應,但也造成台北世界貿易中心附近交通堵塞以及人潮壅塞影響參觀品質,參觀者滿意度如何值得我們去研究及探索。本研究目的主要有三點:1.協助參展單位如何提升台北國際旅展的參觀品質;2.認識參觀者對於旅遊產品的購買意願;3.如何提升台北國際旅展的整體滿意度。本研究方法採問卷調查法,本研究問卷期間為2012年10月26日至10月29日,總計發放問卷數205份問卷,有效問卷為200份,無效問卷為5份,有效問卷回收率98%。本研究結論與建議:(1)延長開放時間及分段計價;(2)應加強現場秩序維護及參觀人數管制;(3)提昇展覽服務品質及參觀路線、參觀者之滿意度。本研究論點提供給展覽主辦單位湍台灣觀光協會、外貿協會、會展公司參考,做為提升參觀者滿意度的參考!

Since 1987, Taipei International Travel Fair has lured a staggering number of potential tourists and boosted the economic efficiency. Especially in 2012, the Taipei International Travel Fair attracted 262,590 capitals. The primary goals of this research include: (1) To understand the quality of exhibition visits to Taipei International Travel Fair, (2) To understand the visitors' wishes regarding the potential purchases of tourism products, (3) To understand the overall satisfaction degrees of the visitors over Taipei International Travel Fair. The method of this research conforms to Questionnaire of Quantification. Questionnaires were conducted during October26, 2012 to October 29, 2012. 205 questionnaires were delivered in total with 200 copies of effective questionnaires and 5 of invalid questionnaires. The effective questionnaire returns-ratio is 98%. The conclusion and suggestion of the research include: (1) The opening hour should be lengthened and the visitors should be charged according to their individual visit spans. (2) The maintenance of the order during the visits should be strengthened and the control of visit population should be tighter. (3) The service quality of the displays should be promoted. The perspectives from the research are to be offered for Taipei International Travel Fair as references to promote the satisfaction degrees of its visitors!
