領團人員專業能力指標建構之研究

A Study on Constructing the Indicators of Professional Competency for Tour Escort

摘要


本研究旨在探討領團人員專業能力指標之建構,並輔以修正式德爾菲法(Modified Delphi Method)進行分析。研究結果顯示,專家對於領團人員所具備專業能力之要素,共歸納出「專業知識」、「帶團技能」、「工作態度」三大構面及二十五項之內涵指標;其中以「緊急應變處理能力」、「時間善於掌握,配合遊客時間解說景點內容」、「抱持溫馨及誠摯眼光看著遊客讓遊客感覺自己是備受尊重」等題項為建構領團人員專業能力之首要指標。由此可見,領團人員專業能力於旅行社或活動隊之人力資源發展相對重要外,其亦能給予旅行業或活動隊作為雇用領團人員之專業基準。

The study mainly aimed at constructing the indicators of professional competency for tour escort via Modified Delphi Method. The results appealed that dimensions and criterions of professional knowledge, tour leading techniques, and work attitude. Moreover, the criterions of "The capability of coping with emergences", "Using good time management to appropriately interpret attractions or spots to visitors", and "Visitors may feel as being respected while being gazed at sincerely and tenderly by the tour escort" are essential indicators of professional competency for a tour escort as considerably constructed in this study. According to above statements, the related results were specifically critical to develop the professional competencies of tour escort for travel service industry or youth corps; furthermore, it can be the basis of recruitment as well.
