摘要

本研究之目的，在瞭解桃園縣國小教師對九年一貫課程「健康與體育」學習領域課程與教學之滿意度情形，並瞭解不同的性別、現職與任教年資之教師對「健康與體育」學習領域課程與教學滿意度的差異情形。研究對象採隨機抽樣，共抽取90所學校，共寄出500份問卷，回收有效問卷440份，有效回收率為88%。研究方法以自編之「健康與體育學習領域課程與教學滿意度調查表」為調查問卷，經描述統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析及薛費法事後比較等分析後，獲得以下結果：一、桃園縣國小教師對「健康與體育」學習領域「課程滿意度」的平均值為3.30，表示對課程滿意度傾向滿意。二、桃園縣國小教師對「健康與體育」學習領域「教學滿意度」的平均值為3.63，表示對教學滿意度傾向滿意。三、桃園縣國小教師對健康與體育學習領域課程、教學及整體之滿意度，「不同性別」、「不同現職」差異達顯著水準，「不同教學年資」沒有差異存在。

The purpose of this study is to realize the elementary school teachers in Tao Yuan that focuses on the situation of Health and Physical Education Learning Domain in Continuous Nine-year Curriculum and satisfaction of instruction. Furthermore, it is to understand the different condition of Health and Physical Education Learning Domain in Continuous Nine-year Curriculum and satisfaction of teaching among different sexual, a function of office and seniority teachers. The objects of study are chosen by random sampling. There are 90 schools drew and 500 surveys sent. In total there are 440 useful surveys that are returned and the rate of surveys is 88%. The study method was used ”The Health and Physical Education Learning Domain curriculum and satisfaction of instruction table” by author design. Descriptive statement, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Scheff'e method analysis were utilized for data analysis. The results are as follow:1. The average satisfaction is 3.30 that teachers of elementary schools in TaoYuan focus on Health and Physical Education Learning Domain in Continuous Nine-year Curriculum. Most teachers are satisfied with the curriculum.2. The average satisfaction of instruction is 3.63 that teachers of elementary schools in TaoYuan focus on Health and Physical Education Learning Domain in Continuous Nine-year Curriculum. Most teachers are satisfied with the instruction.3. The teachers of elementary schools in TaoYuan towards the satisfaction of Health and Physical Education Learning Domain Curriculum, instruction and the whole of satisfaction. Difference sexual and function of office has conspicuous diversity. But difference seniority teachers haven't diversity.
