青少年選手心智訓練實施概況之調查研究

The Profile of Mental Training Practice among Teenage Athletes

摘要


本研究目的在調查國內青少年選手心智訓練實施情形。以籃球、足球、網球及羽球選手共638名為受試對象,平均年齡為15.09(±1.67),球齡為3.73(±1.84)每位受試者均填寫基本資料與季力康所編製的「心智訓練調查表」。結果發現:整體而言,青少年選手在心智訓練之目標設定佔(50.8%)、意象訓練(56.7%)、放鬆訓練(55.2%)、專注訓練(60.6%),且大多由教練指導居多;在壓力處理及賽前準備則由自己指導居多(分別是:41.8%、50.6%);在專家指導的接受情形中,所有項目皆未達百分之一。另外,本研究網球、羽球選手在教練指導的目標設定向度均高於籃球、足球選手,可能因項目的屬性不同使得運動員所使用的心理技能的程度亦隨之不同。未來則可朝此方向作深入探討。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the prevalence of mental training among teenage athletes. Total 638 subjects were chosen from players of basketball, football, tennis and badminton. Their average age and playing experience were 15.09±1.67 and 3.73±1.84 respectively. All subjects completed demographic data and Chi's version of ”questionnaire of mental training”. The results were as follows. Generally, goal setting (50.8%), imagery (56.7%), relaxation (55.2%), and concentration (60.6%) were major mental training practice among teenage athletes and were mostly instructed by their coaches. Coping with pressure (41.8%) and pre-competition preparation (50.6%) were instructed by teenager themselves. However, all items can not reach one percentage in acceptance of expert instruction. Furthermore, goal setting instructed by coaches on tennis and badminton players was higher than their basketball and football counterparts. It may indicated that application of psychological skills differ from different sport and can be further investigated.
