臺南市國民小學體育教師教學效能之研究

A Survey of Teaching Effectiveness of Elementary School Physical Education Teacher in Tainan

摘要


本研究之目的在於(一)了解臺南市國民小學體育教師教學效能之現況;(二)比較不同教師背景變項在體育教師教學效能之差異情形;(三)探討教師背景變項對體育教師教學效能之預測情形。本研究以問卷來搜集所需資料,問卷包含(一)個人基本資料;(二)國民小學體育教學效能量表,量表包含教學準備、系統呈現教材、教學策略、教學評量及班級經營五個構面。本研究母群體為臺南市國民小學體育教師,隨機抽取25所學校,每校10人共計250人,其中有效樣本225人。資料處理採敘述統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、多元逐步迴歸。本研究主要結果為(一)臺南市國民小學體育教師之整體教學效能得分情形在中上程度;(二)婚姻、體育主修及進修研習在體育教師教學效能達顯著差異。

The purposes of this study were to (a) identify the current status of teaching effectiveness of elementary school physical education teachers in Tainan; (b) compare the differences among selected demographic variables on teaching effectiveness; (c) analyze prediction variables for teaching effectiveness. The questionnaire utilized for data collection including (a) demographic information sheet; (b) Elementary School Physical Education Teaching Effectiveness Scale which include teaching preparation, displaying teaching materials systematically, teaching strategy, teaching measurement, and class management. The sample was 250 physical education teachers randomly selected from twenty-five elementary schools in Tainan. From the survey returned, 225 were coded. Descriptive statistics, independent sample T-test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regressions were computed for data analysis. The main results indicated that (a) the range of overall teaching effectiveness of elementary school physical education teacher in Tainan was between meddle and high position (b) the significant differences were found on teaching effectiveness by marital status, P.E. background, and pursuing further education.
