網球初學者不同發球位置之發球成功率分析

An Analysis of the Service Success Rate of Tennis Beginners from Various Service Locations

摘要


本研究旨在探討教學前與教學後中央標誌左、右兩側發球區各不同發球位置之發球成功率差異情形;並比較教學後中央標誌左、右兩側發球區哪個發球位置最能提升網球初學者發球成功率。本研究以政治作戰學校93年度參與興趣選項選修網球課程,以未曾接觸過網球相關技能的18位初學者為研究對象,其平均年齡18.83歲。本研究進行為期四週每週二次、每次30分鐘的教學實驗。本研究測驗項目與方法,是引用瑞士國家網球協會所編訂之網球測驗方式。並將測驗所得數據以SPSS for Windows統計程式進行分析。統計內容計有:描述性統計分析(包含平均值、標準差等)、Pearson積差相關、重複量數t考驗(paired samples t test)、單因子變異數分析(one-way ANOVA, independent samples)以及最小顯著差異(LSD)事後比較等。本研究統計分析均採α=.05的顯著水準。整理所得數據資料經統計分析後,獲得以下結果:(一)教學後,中央標誌左右兩側發球區各發球位置之發球成功率顯著高於教學前。(二)教學後,中央標誌左右兩側發球區間在2M發球位置之發球成功率顯著優於1M、3M及4M等發球位置。結論:綜合本研究結果發現,網球初學者經教學後,中央標誌左右兩側發球區各發球位置之發球成功率有顯著的提升,其中以2M發球位置之發球成功率最佳。建議:大專院校體育教學之網球課程在針對初學者實施發球課程時,可選擇中央標誌左右兩側發球區在2M發球位置進行發球練習,以提高發球成功率。

This research aims explore the pre and post teaching service success rate from the left/right off center mark service areas. Subjects of this research are National Defense Academy cadets selecting the Tennis class in year 2004. All cadets have not had any experiences with tennis related skills. The average age of the 18 subjects is 18.83. The experiment is conducted over a four-week period, twice and 30 minutes each session. Test items and methods are adopted from Tennis test methods of the Swiss National Tennis Association. Data derived from the experiment are analyzed by SPSS for Windows. Contents of the statistics include: descriptive statistic analysis (i.e. average value, standard error), Pearson correlation analysis, paired samples t-test, one-way ANOVA, independence samples, and lowest significant differential (LSD) post comparison. Statistics of this research are analyzed based on α=.05 significance level. After analyzing the organized data, the following results are derived: (1) after teaching, the service success rate after the left/right off center mark service area are significantly higher than the rate before teaching. (2) After teaching, inside the left/right off center Mark Service area, the 2M-service location has success rate better than locations at 1m, 3M, and 4M. Conclusion: results show that after teaching, tennis beginners have higher success rate when serving from the left/right off center mark service areas. In which, the location at 2M has the best service success rate. Suggestion: when designing tennis service lessons for beginners in college physical education classes, the 2M-service location inside of the left/right off center mark can be chosen for practice to improve the service success rate.
