教育部推展室內八人制拔河運動之成效

The Effect of the Promotion of Tug of War by the Ministry of Education

摘要


本研究以木桶定律的觀點透過文獻分析法,探討教育部七年來在政策推展及經費補助下,逐步推動提升室內八人制拔河運動成效的歷程,並探討我國八人制拔河運動競賽獲獎的條件,研究對象是以我國各級學校組隊參加教育部舉辦之全年拔河活動,包含比賽、教練、裁判研習及參加學術研討會之學生、教師及教練為對象,研究時間則以教育部1998年起至2005年止,政策推展學校拔河活動為研究期限。從研究結果得知,教育部在政策支持,經費的投入,後備支援的充實,運動梯隊質量與數量的建立,訓練場地的建設及科研的作為等,建構了我國拔河運動在國際競賽獲獎的有利條件。

This research was made through the documentary analysis approach of the law barrel viewpoint to discuss the process and effect of the promotion of tug of war and the conditions of wining awards, under the policy and subsidy issued by the ministry of education in the past 7 past years. The object of study was all school teams of the workshop of competition, trainers and referees and the academic seminar of students, teachers and trainers which join the annual tug of war activity held by ministry of education. The research period was from 1998 to 2005. The result indicates that with the policy support, fund investment, reserve support, the development of the quality of quantity of all levels of teams and scientific research and building of training space from ministry of education create the favorable condition of our tug of war to compete internationally.
