摘要

系統使用抗拒行為一直是一個重要的資訊管理研究議題，過去也累積了許多這方面的研究結果，發現了許多有關抗拒系統的原因。然而，對於抗拒行為的瞭解，如果沒有一個紮實的行為模式來分析這些不同的原因，是透過甚麼樣的心理機制而影響抗拒行為的產生，則整個因果關係的研究便會產生不穩定不一致的後果，而目前在國內外仍然欠缺這種行為模式的整合性研究與解釋。因此，本研究利用「計劃行為理論」（Theory of Planned Behavior, TPB）為基礎，整合以往系統使用抗拒行為研究之相關變數，建構了一個使用者抗拒行為的心理認知模式，並經實證資料的驗證，來解釋為何使用者對資訊系統會有抗拒行為的產生。研究結果發現，「公平認知」、「工作特性的改變」與「使用者涉入」等由過去研究所發現之主要的系統抗拒相關因素，都是透過對抗拒行為的「態度」及抗拒行為的「主觀規範」等個人內在心理因素的中介，進而影響抗拒系統之意向，而「行為控制認知」也被證實對抗拒系統之意向有直接顯著的影響。因此本研究結果以這三項主要的心理機制連接了抗拒原因與抗拒行為間的關係，對於學術研究或實務應用時提供了更關鍵、深入而具體的方向。

Based on Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), this study develops an integrated model of information system resistance behavior. This model specifies the mechanism of psychosocial influence on system resistance intention. Survey data gathered from 284 information system users were used to test this model. Results provided substantial support for the propositions that attitude toward the resistance behavior and subjective norms concerning the resistance behavior are two key mediating variables linking the resistance behavior variables (equity perception, job characteristic change, and user involvement) with behavioral intention to resist a system. Direct relationship was also found between perceived behavioral control and intention. Implications of the findings and future research are discussed.
