運用行動應用程式於公共工程管理－以某機關大樓為例

隨著資通訊科技與智慧型載具技術日新月異，依據公共工程績效管理、流程管理、品質管理精神，工程管理領域應朝向科技化、效率化與資料庫最佳化管理進行。本研究透過某政府機關大樓整修工程實例，開發行動應用程式，要求施作廠商、監造廠商於施工現場輔以智慧型行動裝置落實品質管理制度，進行工程進度、材料進場、及各工項停留點自主檢查追蹤管理，特別是隱蔽性工程，更需依契約逐項落實檢查及拍照。本研究實際應用資通訊科技在工程管理之實務，發現透過智慧型行動裝置可有效落實第一時間現場介面整合之溝通、品質管理、隱蔽工程照片資料建檔，機關管理者可縮短現場溝通時效，驅使廠商針對問題提早改善，提昇整修品質，並作為後續書面驗收之依據。

With the advance of communication technology and mobile devices, the engineering management should be directed to science and technology, efficiency and optimal management of database development. This research develops the mobile APPs used in a government office building renovations. The construction contractor and supervisor must be used mobile devices APPs to manage construction quality, project progress, materials approach, as well as qualification self-examine. Based on the contents of the contract, the covert construction needs to term by term to check. In this study, the mobile APPs technology used in engineering management practices. Through the integration of mobile communication technology will be able to shorten the communication time and enhance the quality of the construction management. Thus, the person in charge from the government could shorten the time on communications and discussions, with the data collected from the App, urging the contractors to make improvements, heighten the construction quality as the basis of the paperwork acceptance test afterwards.
