Utilizing Building Information Modeling on the Energy Management of Existing Building

BIM於既有建築物能源管理之應用

摘要


本研究擬探究BIM在建築物營運管理上之應用可能性,尤其是在建築能源管理方面之應用。本研究首先解析BIM在營建產業之重要性與優勢。其次,本研究進行國內外文獻回顧、彙整BIM於設施管理領域之各類應用。再者,本研究亦整理建築物之既有能源管理手法、實務操作、及亟待改善之處。最後,本研究提出整合BIM技術、能源管理系統(BEMS)、能源監測數據、能源模擬軟體、設施管理軟體等各項技術,並應用於建築能源管理之創新概念與系統架構。藉由這樣的創新能源管理系統,希望能協助設施管理人員即時地掌握建築物能源使用之動態資訊、提供能源用量異常之提示、進行即時之能源管控,以期有效提升能源管理之成效。

This paper will explore about the possibilities of Building Information Modeling (BIM) application on the building operation scope, especially on the energy management area. The paper will be started by giving the reader explanation about what and why BIM is preferred on nowadays Architecture Engineering Construction (AEC) industries. The nowadays trend of BIM application on the Facilities Management (FM) area also will be reviewed. After that, existing effort of the energy management on the operation area will be explained, and the room for improvement will be found out. Finally, innovation on the energy management effort that takes advantage of BIM capabilities will be explained. The application of this idea expected to be explored on the Architecture, Energy, or Building Operation future research
