施用有機質肥料與化學肥料對紫錐花養分吸收之影響

Observation Trial of Organic and Chemical Fertilizers Application on Nutrient Uptake of Echinacea purpurea

摘要


本研究目的在探討有機質肥料及化學肥料對紫錐花植株主要營養要素及微量要素等養分吸收之影響。由田間試驗結果顯示,紫錐花從定植後到採收期的整個生育期間,對營養要素的吸收量是呈現持續增加的趨勢,其中在紫錐花採收期,有機肥料處理(OF)的紫錐花營養要素吸收量大多顯著的高於化學肥料處理(CF)者。如以有機肥料處理(OF)的紫錐花採收期營養要素吸收量為指標,其中氮:磷:鉀:鈣:鎂等要素吸收量比例約為6:1:12:4:2,微量元素之鐵:錳:鋅:銅吸收量比例約為56:4:2:1。有機肥料處理(OF)可以顯著增加紫錐花生育後期(定植後第86~142日)的營養要素絕對吸收速率,且紫錐花以鉀的絕對吸收速率約11.6 mg/day較高,其次分別為氮、鈣、鎂、磷及微量要素等。有機肥料處理區的土壤肥力略高於化學肥料處理區,其中有機肥料處理的土壤中交換性鉀含量135 mg/kg,顯著的高於化學肥料處理之105 mg/kg。

The trial is to evaluate the effect of application of organic and chemical fertilizers on the major and minor element uptakes of purple coneflower. The trial result indicated that the uptake amount of purple coneflower from transplanting stage to harvesting stage is increasing continuously. At harvested stage the uptake amount of nutrient elements in organic fertilizer treatment were significantly higher than that of chemical fertilizer treatment. Using the uptake amount of nutrient element in organic fertilizer treatment at purple coneflower harvested stage as the criterion, the uptakes rate of nitrogen : phosphorus : potassium : calcium : magnesium is about 6 :1 : 12 : 4 : 2. The uptake rate for microelement iron: manganese : zinc : copper is 56 : 4 : 2 : 1. The application of organic fertilizer could significantly increased the absolute uptake rate of purple coneflower at late growth stage. And the potassium absolute uptake rate was the highest, about 11.6 mg/day, followed by nitrogen, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and minor-element. The soil fertility in organic fertilizer treatment was slightly higher than that of chemical fertilizer treatment. The soil exchangeable potassium amount at organic fertilizer treatment was 135 mg/kg, which is significantly higher than that of chemical fertilizer treatment of 105 mg/kg.
