山防風水萃物對小鼠體內免疫調節之研究
Studies on the In Vivo Immunomodulatory Properties of Echinops grijsii Extract
摘要
The objective of this study was to evaluate the immunomodulatory effects of Echinops grijsii extract in an in vivo experiments using BALB/c mice. The non-specific immunomodulatory experiments showed that administration of E. grijsii extract significantly (P＜0.05) increased the phagocytosis percentage of monocytes. Besides, the OVA-specific immunomodulatory experiments showed that administration of E. grijsii extract not only significantly (P＜0.05) enhanced the OVA-specific cell proliferation of mouse splenocytes but also stimulated OVA-specific IgG production significantly (P＜0.05). It is speculated that the consumption of E. grijsii is useful for defending the invading specific antigens.
