摘要

背景：較少研究探討高齡者對於休閒遊憩場地其醫療需求重要性及醫療需求滿意度的情形，本研究有助了解及提升高齡者休閒遊憩場地的醫療品質。目的：本研究目的為了解銀髮族對於休閒旅遊場所之醫療需求重要度及滿意度之現況及影響因素。方法：研究對象為65 歲以上之銀髮族共計收案200 名，自2014 年3 月至2014 年11 月止進行收案，運用休閒需求量表收集資料，以SPSS17.0 套裝軟體進行統計分析。結果：研究結果顯示在醫療需求重要性得分為3.71±0.42，其中醫療品質方面得分為4.08±0.44、資訊提供方面得分為3.34±0.19、醫療環境設施方面得分為2.73±0.28。醫療需求滿意度得分為3.59±0.27，其中醫療品質方面得分為3.89±0.55、資訊提供方面得分為3.29±0.28、醫療環境設施方面得分為3.16±0.26。在統計分析上年齡、經濟、慢性病數與醫療需求重要性、醫療需求滿意度及整體程度滿意度有顯著差異；教育程度與醫療需求重要性、醫療需求滿意度有顯著差異；職業與醫療需求重要性及整體程度滿意度有顯著差異。結論/實務運用：依本研究結果休閒旅遊場所之醫療需求應更著重醫護人員專業照護，提供高齡者健康資訊與完善醫療設備，讓銀髮族能安心又安全的享受休閒旅遊，進而增進休閒遊憩品質。

Background: There are few literature reviews to investigate the recreation venues of their importance of medical needs and satisfaction of medical needs in elderly person. This study will elevate the quality of recreational life for elderly people. Purposes: This study was to understand the current situation and impact factors of the self-feeling importance and satisfaction of medical needs for elderly leisure places. Methods: There were 200 participants (over 65 years old seniors), data collected from March, 2014 to November, 2014. Leisure Demand Questionnaire was developed and SPSS17.0 software package was used for statistical analysis. Results: The results showed that the total average score of medical need importance was 3.71 ± 0.42; the score of medical quality was 4.08 ± 0.44, the score of information was 3.34 ± 0.19, and the score of medical environment was 2.73 ± 0.28. The total average score of medical demand satisfaction was 3.59 ± 0.27; the score of medical quality was 3.89 ± 0.55, the score of information provision was 3.29 ± 0.28, and the score of medical environment facilities was 3.16 ± 0.26. Age, economic condition and number of chronic diseases showed significant difference with regard to the importance of medical needs, satisfaction of medical needs and the overall degree of satisfaction. There was significant difference between the educational degree with importance of medical needs, and satisfaction of medical needs. Occupation showed significant difference with regard to the importance of medical needs, and the overall degree of satisfaction. Conclusions/Implications for Practice: Medical needs of the leisure and tourism venues should be more emphasis on medical care, provide health information and improve the elderly person medical equipment. Senior citizens can feel more easily and safely to enjoy leisure, recreational environment, therefore, it may enhance the quality of life.
