台灣液晶面板產業競爭分析

The Industrial Competitive Advantages of Taiwan's TFT-LCD Panel

摘要


目前全球液晶顯示器產業主要生產基地在亞洲,其中又以台灣、日本、韓國、中國廠商囊括全球近乎百分百之市場占有率,此四國廠商間所進行之商業行為,將緊密牽動整體液晶顯示產業之變化。本研究將針對台灣TFT-LCD面板產業進行分析,針對其產業環境、發展條件、發展目標以及未來趨勢等透過本研究論文,能更深入地瞭解台灣、日本、韓國及中國液晶面板產業各別的競爭優勢。在經營策略分析方面,以資料蒐集探討產業中主要的經營策略,針對四個區域發展模式以麥克波特所提出的五力分析與鑽石體系模型分析其所處產業之競爭優勢,及利用SWOT分析尋找台灣液晶面板產業內部、外部的優劣勢,試圖將產業分析結果與台灣面板產業現況所擁有的優勢連結,來達到其獲利目標。經由上述分析研究,目的在於找出產業中能夠成功的競爭優勢,並期望能提供台灣液晶面板廠商,在未來制定與執行策略時的參考。

Main production basement of display industry locate in Asia, especially Taiwan, Japan, Korea and China companies are taking almost 100% market share. Every business behavior relate to these companies among these four countries will effect whole display industry. This study will focus on Taiwan display industry for further analysis, and industry environment, development condition, development goal and future trend will be the main content. It could benefit companies to know their advantages with deeper analysis provided by this study. About business strategy, targeting on these four countries' developing mode and use Michael porter's five forces analysis and diamond model analysis to find out its advantages. At the same time, getting both internal and outside strengths and weaknesses in Taiwan display industry via SWOT analysis. Combining analysis result and recent status to figure out a successful strategy to reach profit target would be the main purpose of this study. It could be a reference for Taiwanese companies while drafting or executing future strategy.
