摘要

緒論：分析世界女子職業網球協會(Women's Tennis Association,WTA)排名百名內選手之國家人數、身高、年齡等趨勢研究。方法：由WTA官方網站中2006年至2015年排名前100內之選手，分析國家人數、身高、年齡等趨勢；並以單因子變異數分析比較不同排名選手轉職業至百名內排名花費年數之差異。結果：一、WTA排名百名內選手為美國國家人數最多；平均身高最低為162.5公分、平均轉職業年齡為16.5歲。二、WTA選手年齡趨勢逐漸增加，排名百名內選手平均年齡2006年為23.2歲、2015年為25.3歲。三、WTA選手進入百名內排名平均花費年數最短為排名前10為2.47年、最長為排名91-100為4.53年；各階段排名皆有人不到1年就進入百名內、最長為12年。結論：WTA選手排名百名內平均轉職業年齡為16.5歲，而選手平均年齡越來越大，2015年平均年齡為25.3歲；進入百名內排名平均花費年數為3.67年，排名前20之選手在轉職業至進入百名內的花費年數較其他排名少。

Introduction：Analyze the trends of WTA (Women's Tennis Association) top 100 players nationality, height, age. Methods：Retrieved data of top 100 players from the WTA website,analyze the nationality, height, age and used one-way ANOVA to analyze the different ranking players' used how many years from turned pro to top 100. Results：1.The most WTA top 100 players come from U.S.A., the average height at least 162.5 cm, the average age on 16.5 years old to turned pro. 2.WTA players age trend are increase year by year, the average age 23.22years old on 2006, 25.3 years old on 2015. 3.WTA players reached top 10 average used 2.47 years are the shortest, reached ranking 91-100 average used 4.53 years are the longest, all ranking level both have people used less than a year to reached top 100. Conclusions: WTA top 100 players average turned pro in 16.5 years old, and players age are getting older and older, the average age 25.3 years old on 2015, players average used 3.67 years to reached top 100, and ranking top 20 players spend years from turned pro to top 100 are less than other rankings.
