摘要

有聲檔案留存之音樂或是談話內容，可喚起個人或團體的共同記憶，成為記憶當代生活與文化的重要資產。但過去對於有聲檔案的忽視，讓這些珍貴的文化資產，不僅散逸於非專業典藏機構，也同時暴露在保存的風險中。有鑑於有聲檔案徵集與保存議題日益受到重視，本文簡要敘述有聲檔案的徵集、編目、典藏、數位化與檢索應用原則，並介紹臺灣地區有聲檔案重要典藏機構之館藏特色與管理概況，期許有助於瞭解國內典藏有聲檔案資源分布與管理問題，最終提出對於我國有聲檔案資源應用與合作之未來發展建議。

Sound archives are a holding of music and spoken which remind the common memory becoming an integral component of contemporary life and culture. In the past, the insufficient awareness of sound recordings leaves the collections to scatter in non-specialized institutions. Most of the collections are at the risk of damage. It is time to pay attention to the preservation of sound recordings. This paper explained the situation of sound archives in terms of collection acquisition, cataloguing, storage, digitization and access. A brief introduction of the collection and management among repository institutions will be summarized. This paper is expected to provide suggestions for formulating resource access and collaboration in the future.
