摘要


雙網絡水凝膠(double-network hydrogels)為具有高含水量、高機械強度及高生物相容性的新穎材料,目前已被廣泛地應用在生物醫學領域。雙網絡水凝膠是由兩種非對稱性結構的親水性高分子互穿的交聯網絡所組成:第一網絡是高度交聯的堅固而易脆的高分子,第二網絡是低度交聯的柔軟而易延展的高分子。這兩個在性質、結構和交聯密度都形成鮮明對比的網絡造就出雙網絡水凝膠的堅固、高強度及高延展性的特徵。本文將介紹雙網絡水凝膠的研究背景、製備方式、交聯網絡結構及其在組織工程的應用。

Double-network hydrogels (DN hydrogels), with high water content, high mechanical strength and excellent biocompatibility, have become innovative materials in biomedicine. DN hydrogels can be fabricated using two hydrophilic polymers with contrasting structures: rigid, brittle and highly corsslinked first network; soft, ductile and low-crosslinked second network. These two networks with complementary properties and crosslinking density provide the rigid, tough and ductile structure in DN hydrogels. Here, we will discuss the background, preparation, crosslinking structures of DN hydrogels, as well as their applications in tissue engineering.
