摘要


離軸積分腔輸出光譜法(off-axis integrated cavity output spectroscopy, OA-ICOS)是一個極為靈敏的吸收光譜技術。此方法主要的特點在於其具有很長的光吸收路徑,常常可達數公里之長。而且由於離軸的光學設計使其無須用到複雜的穩頻系統,來鎖定雷射頻率(laser frequency)和腔體的縱向模(longitudinal mode)。因此當使用高解析度雷射當作光源時,其實驗架設亦相對容易,不易受到環境震動的影響,故離軸積分腔輸出光譜法十分適合用作野外大氣汙染物的量測工作。

Off-axis integrated cavity output spectroscopy (OA-ICOS) is an ultrasensitive absorption technique, which possesses extreme long absorption path length (up to several kilometers). Because of the off-axis configuration of its optical design, there is no need for a complicated active laser frequency-locking system to match the laser frequency and cavity mode of the OA-ICOS cavity. Thus, the OA-ICOS spectrometer is quite robust, and useful for the detection of trace amount of atmospheric pollutants with a high spectral resolution laser in the field measurement.
