摘要


本研究內容主要包括三部分。首先闡述加拿大的政治、經濟、社會及地理環境等背景,從中了解其對教育產生的影響及所呈現的特色;其次,就加拿大B.C.省的教育行政、學校體制及教育人員的現況深入探討;最後就加拿大面臨的教育問題和未來發展動向作一剖析。

This paper consists of three parts. Firstly, Canadian political, economic and sociological situations as well as geological environment are discussed. Thus, their impacts on education and the traits arisen from such backgrounds can be best understood. Secondly, the administration of education, school systems, and the teaching staffs in British Columbia, Canada are comprehensively analyzed. Finally, several education problems exist in Canadian schools and bureaucracies and the prospect of developments' are further discussed.
