The Enlightenment of Medical Big Data on Science and Technology Fund Management Policy
摘要
Objective: Scientific and technological innovation in the field of health and health is an important part of building an innovative country. This paper explores how medical big data reveals the technological innovation policy environment and management points in the field of medicine and health under the system framework of existing national science and technology innovation policies. Methods: Starting from national science and technology management policies and regulations, through domestic and international literature systems research, induction, comparative research, expert conference discussions, document interpretation and other methods to comb and discuss the policy and management.
